When you search
for your ideal property, it would be wise to decide which area suits
you best before buying a property in Spain. We have detailed area

permanent base. It is easy to find Spanish property for sale in

consideration is always the area.

looking for a more traditional and "less hectic" region

home, investment or permanent residence on the coast - you can arrange

Visiting
the area with Spanish Residence - what to expect
Day
one - On arrival you will be greeted by your friendly and highly
trained representative. You will then be taken to your hotel (if applicable).
After a discussion of your requirements with your representative you
will be given a tour of the area before stopping for a break en- route.
Then the rest of the day allows time to inspect properties in your
price range.
Day
two - Further inspection of properties and areas. Lunch break
- afterwards re- inspection of properties and areas. (If you wish
to hold a property while you are making decisions just ask your rep
and he/she will arrange a 24-hour reserve).
Day
three -Open a bank account, complete a reservation contract (if
a suitable property has been found) and pay your €3000 deposit
& organise legal representation. Lunch with your representative
to finalise any questions - and if time meet with your appointed solicitor
- who will answer any legal queries you may have.
