to thank all at Spanish Residence for helping us through the minefield
of buying a house in Spain, or should l say our dream home
in Spain. Nothing was a problem with them, their patience and understanding
of our needs was second nature, they are with you from viewing to
completion, and having had some unpleasant dealings with other property

Dear All,
- Thank you
for all your kindnesses and support throughout our viewing of
property and the after sales help given to my husband and I on
our recent visit to Spain. It was such a pleasure.
- When
we arrived in Spain we did not know what to expect and we were
met with a cheery smile and laid back attitude by all of you.

- The area we chose
to stay in was shown to us by yourself along with properties
and the thing that impressed us both was there was no hard sell
which I had expected. We had come to Spain in the belief that
we would have a Time-share approach making up your mind there
and then, which for many is scary, and we would certainly not
have taken the plunge if this had been the case.

Bed and Breakfast was lovely and so laid back we really felt like
part of the family if not at least very good friends.Our
night out together to a local restaurant was lovely, meeting the
local residents including the Mayor made us feel that leaving
our friends and family in Scotland would be made
easier by the fact we felt so at home and look forward to being
a part of the local community.
